Domain Registrations
Domain name registrations are generally non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered with the registry. This is because registration fees are paid to the upstream registrar and registry, and these fees are non-recoverable.
Failed Registrations
If a domain registration fails and the domain is not registered on your behalf, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for failed registrations are processed automatically within 5 business days.
Duplicate Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same domain registration, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly upon verification.
